Tajarin with butter and truffle

Ingredients

300g - Tajarin
50g - Gourmet Preparation of Butter and White Truffle
Pepper
30g - White Truffle

Instructions

Melt the truffle butter in a pan.
Cook the tajarin in boiling water for a minute, drain and add to the pan with butter. Add a few spoons of cooking water. Add pepper and stir all the ingredients together. With a fork and spoon roll the past and transfer on a dish. Slice fresh white truffle on top and serve.
